This publication contains 7 simple piano transcriptions of the most popular themes and pieces from the movies to which Wojciech Kilar composed the music. With easy arrangements by young Polish composer Michał Jakub Papara, themes from such films as Dracula (Dracula), Pianista (The Pianist) and Dziewiąte wrota (The Ninth Gate) can enter the repertoire of young pianists after only a few years of study. These arrangements, while not particularly challenging in terms of playingtechnique, retain the richness of Kilar’s language and the strong emotional expression of the musical motifs presented.
